Had appt today to "try out/demo" what my new teeth /smile will look like - - Dr. G is the absolute best!! His office has all STATE-OF-THE-ART equipment!! These "try out/demo" teeth were made from a mold of my teeth on a previous visit, then sent out to be made, then sent back to his office. He temporarily glued them in to show me EXACTLY what my end result will look like - - took lots of pics, downloaded everything onto the computer and showed me side by side comparison of before and after what I will look like - - unbelievable difference! **I may post another review after my "new smile" has been completed!

I had my upper teeth out just as the pandemic was getting started here in Orlando. We had great plans for me to rest for a couple of weeks and then to come in for a fitting of my new teeth in preparation for my implants. Here I was 3 months later just getting them relined so that I could wear them. I am beautiful as I smile with joy. The joy shows in my smile and the way my eyes crinkle and in my laugh. I have a new enjoyment as I eat my dinner. I am not eating food put through a food processor tonight. Tonight, I had chili and I was able to chew the Hamburger and beans. Great staff! Have been going here for a couple of years now and so glad I found them. Have had regular cleanings and a crown. Never painful and the technology is top notch. My replacement PERMANENT crown was 3D carved on site and is a perfect fit. No waiting for weeks with a temporary crown in. Definitely recommend them!

Wow! A very professional place. Very familiar, after having visited 5 different places to ask for options and having paid for each visit I found this one 1 1/2 hour from where I live, and I took the chance to visit them. I don't regret it. It was a very professional, unique experience and Doctor Gustavo and his work team sat down with you to explain my process. In my case I had a very large infection in the upper part, and I was losing all my teeth and the back part also. Friday the 18th they started my work after 5 to 6 hours of work they took out all my teeth because I was losing them and they left the implants in place they worked for me on Saturday for the measurements and on Sunday they finished, a very satisfactory and professional job. I am very pleased, and they really have a very professional work team, and in the price compared to what I had asked for in the places visited first, is very low. I highly recommend them. They make you feel like part of the family. Excellent work team and to Dr. Gustavo may the Lord continue to bless your hands. Thank you, Dr. Gustavo, for helping me raise my self-esteem.

Donna is an amazing hygienist that provides a thorough and pain free cleaning and truly cares about her patients. We followed her to this practice when our dentist retired in 2017 and we are so glad that we did. Dr. Loss and Dr. De Oliveira are very knowledgeable and provide great dental care without trying to sell services that are not needed. I recently had to have an emergency extraction of a tooth. The tooth was giving me extreme pain and had to be done on a day that the office is normally closed. Timing was also a problem as I needed to leave town that afternoon to get to a Family Reunion that I was in charge of and had been planning for 18 months. Without question, Dr. De Oliveira found a way to get my extraction done so that I could finally get rid of the pain and get on the road. Donna even came in on her day off to sit with my husband while the procedure was being done and when a glitch happened with my pain medication prescription, she obtained and delivered the new prescription to my pharmacy which is clear on the other end of town. Both she and the doctor were totally focused on getting me out of pain and getting me to my reunion. I am so thankful for both of them and the other staff members that had their day disrupted and jumped in to help.

I recently relocated to Orlando from NYC with serious dental issues. A dental treatment plan — at Columbia University’s Dental Teaching School — before I left NYC was estimated at $23K. Needless to say, I was extremely stressed about the future dental work I that I needed, how to pay for it all, plus my day-to-day dental discomfort was becoming quite acute. Enter Dr. G. at Lake Lucerne Dentistry. A friend referred me to Dr. Gustavo De Oliveira of Lake Lucerne Dentistry (Orlando FL), and to say that I was well taken care of would be an understatement. The front office was able to schedule me in right way for a thorough consultation of my dental situation. After my exams with Dr. G. and team, they outlined a treatment plan that could begin immediately, and was about 1/3 the price I was quoted in New York City. I had recently discovered the Care Credit healthcare financing service and was thrilled that I could make my payments at Lake Lucerne Dentistry using that service.
Six months later — after two root canals, numerous filled cavities, two implant preps, a few re-cemented veneers, and crowns — I am one happy camper. Dr. G. is a kind, compassionate professional that really made me feel taken care of. This level of skill and professionalism also extends to the entire team at Lake Lucerne including my dental assistant Sabreen, hygienist Deb and the on-top-of-everything front office.
