Our Policy

Our priority is to ensure our patients get the care they need, at the highest levels of quality and in a manner that is most cost-effective for them. We urge our patients to stay focused on their health first and foremost—and to ameliorate any financial concerns, we offer flexible and diverse payment options for them.

Treatment Coordinators

Our treatment coordinators work with each patient to customize treatment and financial payment plans that meet their individual needs. This includes careful planning of the timing of each phase of a treatment plan prior to and after each dental procedure.

Insurance Plans

We are in-network dental providers for Cigna and Delta Dental insurances. We also accept all other PPO dental insurance plans as out of network providers. If your coverage is PPO and it allows out of network providers, we will assist you in the submission of electronic claims each time you visit.  Reimbursements will be processed by your carrier in accordance with your plan's terms.

Major Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards for payment, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Dental Financing

With either a healthcare credit card or medical loan, our patients can benefit from special dental financing options. It helps patients pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance by extending special financing options that they may not always be able to get when using Visa or MasterCard. Our doctors are always available to respond to patient needs as nimbly as possible. From the start, we ensure we have as many ways to reach our patients as possible, and that our patients have multiple options to contact us, be it by phone, email, or text messaging.
